Emma Silvey-Ratcliffe
Director
Emma joined the company when it was founded in 2011, and started Internal Audits and Quality Management assistance for companies in 2015. She became a qualified ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor in 2019, and has audited against both ISO9001:2015 and AS9100 Rev D.

Emma is a qualified Mental Health Occupational Therapist and Well-being Coach. She offers Well-being at Work training and support to our customers. Emma enjoys working with companies to identify business needs, risks and opportunities. She has a passion for problem solving and continual improvement, as well as supporting people to enhance their well-being and overall performance.
Darren has over 35 years experience in the Aviation sector, and during this time has primarily worked within Quality Management Services. Darren became an Aerospace sector scheme manager in 2010 and qualified as an Aerospace Experienced Auditor (AEA). Darren founded RQC Ltd in 2011 offering sub contract auditing to Certification Bodies for ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 Rev D, as well as offering bespoke Quality Management Consultancy to industries seeking certification to standards.
